Ohio State reduced the price of Spring Game tickets today back to $5 a piece, the price they were at for most of the Jim Tressel era. The original price was $12 in advance and $20 at the gate. The weather should be decent tomorrow but the enthusiasm to fill the stadium might not be a fever pitch with fans after a little bit a let down by the team to end 2013. Parking at the stadium is free and if you did pay the higher price, the difference will be donated to Life Sports and the Boys and Girls Club. Returning a ticket starting the 14th for a full refund is also an option.

The annual event will be similar to the past with the team split into 2 teams, 10 minute quarters, normal stops in the first half, a running clock in the second half, and no kick returns. Stan Drayton will coach the Scarlet with quarterbacks Cardale Jones and Stephen Collier taking snaps. Kerry Combs will coach the Gray and the quarterbacks will be Luke Morgan and JT Barnett. The rosters look pretty full overall, Braxton Miller, Evan Spencer, Jalin Marshall, Jeff Heuerman,Chase Farris, and Vonn Bell are injured.
