Ohio State Playing Indiana On The Road

Hoosiers

Indiana has a 4-0 record this year to match the Buckeyes as Big Ten play begins and fans have already sold out the stadium for Saturday’s game. Coach Kevin Wilson is letting his 18-34 record over 4 season as Indians head coach deter his intention of knocking of the top ranked team in the country. The Hoosiers enter the game as 22 point underdogs and their might be just as many Buckeye fans in the seats as there are Hoosier fans.

The Buckeyes have not lost to Indiana since 1988. Hoosier fans are optimistic but realistic at this point. The game kicks off at 3:30pm in Memorial Stadium, Bloomington Indiana. It will be on Channel 6 in Columbus like the last couple of games and the weather looks to be cold with showers, yuck. Indiana has already beaten Wake Forest, Western Kentucky, Southern Illinois, and FIU.

Indiana will have their starting running back Jordan Howard ready. He is ranked 1st in the country with 675 yards through the first four games.

Quarterback Nate Sudfeld is 2nd in the conference averaging 286 yards a game. He is back from a season ending shoulder injury last year. Ricky Jones is Sudfeld’s favorite target and has already put up 411 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Indiana’s defense is anchored by safety Jonathan Crawford and linebackers Marcus Oliver and TJ Simmons.
