Jantel Lavendar
Both teams like to play an up-tempo game so this game could have a lot of action up and down the court as both teams push the action. Sophomore Jantel Lavendar could be the X factor for the Buckeyes as the Big Ten Player of the Year presents a post presence not found often in the women's game. She is averaging 21 points a game and 11 rebounds.
Samantha Prahalis
Freshman Samantha Prahalis also presents problems for Stanford as she is often able to play the full court defensively and offensively wearing down other teams. She leads the team in assists with 5.8 per game and is a floor leader for Ohio State. Her 2 steals and 10 points per game also have helped the team go 29-5 this season and get deep into the NCAA tournament for the first time in years.
