Ohio State Football Fall Camp to be ESPN Show

Ohio State Football will be featured on an ESPN reality show (ESPN All-Access, Ohio State Training Days) starting August 14th this fall. The team was picked for a number of reasons including this being Urban Meyer’s first season with the team and the NCAA sanctions facing the program in 2012. The show will air of ESPN but also other ESPN properties in August and September.

Extensive footage from practice and behind the scenes with feature the players and the coaches in a number of settings including practice and meetings. Six days will be featured and then re-aired in different formats. Tuesday August 14th at 5pm on ESPNU will have the first of four shows in this time slot. College Football Live on ESPN at 3:30pm starting August 30th will also include footage from campus. This time slot will have additional footage 4 days in a row.

Urban Meyer has done everything needed to take a very good Ohio State Football team to a new level for 2012. The coaching staff has been upgraded and the intensity in practice is at an all-time high according to all reports coming from camp. Although the team is unable to play in the post-season this year, they appear ready to make a run at an undefeated regular season. Meyer’s 2012 recruiting class was very good and the coaching staff is working hard to get another top 5 recruiting class committed for 2013.
